SAVE TIME, HELP BUSINESS - ONE WORD APPRAISALS

Boss screaming his employee

I have had forty bosses in nearly forty years.  I have appraised and been appraised many times.  The appraisal discussion can be a long-winded affair and I reckon if we had a campaign to introduce the One Word Appraisal (OWA), then all the time saved chatting could be put to productive use, helping business, helping the economy, helping the world and reducing HR tedium to an absolute minimum.  Say an average appraisal meeting lasts an hour. With OWA, 59 minutes could be saved and reinvested.....per employee!!  Join the movement. One word is enough. Done!

Here is a list of my One Word Appraisals for the bosses in my life. (You'll notice this list is alphabetical.  If it was chronological, someone who knows me might be able to pick out names from the line-up):
