Format: Each of my bosses gets a one-word heading, following by brief commentary, then 10 lessons learned from them or observations about them and, finally, a summary of how good they were, in my opinion.
So, as I write the book, I'll share a Boss heading and my summary scorecard on a daily basis or thereabouts over the next few weeks. No names, dates or any deliberate clues to identities - who they are is not important. What they were is the point.
